Description :: - Responsible to report to Project Director on daily basis
- Responsible to lead the site team to run the project
- Responsible to advice Project Director immediately if staffs not performing well and recommend next action to be taken
- Responsible to monitor CPM closely, especially two (2) weeks look ahead and push for progress and advise Project Director if anticipate any delay in advance
- Responsible to attend all important meetings with client, consultant, authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Having regular meetings with subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare target claim and advise the Project Director if anticipate any delay on deliverable
- Responsible to resolve technical issues with client or consultant if any discrepancies between BQ and CD
- Responsible to ensure all report and claims to be submitted on specific fixed time
- Responsible to ensure all claims from subcontractors and suppliers to be paid on time
- Responsible to ensure all staffs follow and abide to the safety requirements, discipline and work as a team
Requirements :: - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Advantage to posses Professional Engineer Certification
- 10-15 years related experience in Construction of Roadwork, Bridges and Highway.
- Have knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
- Able to work independently and meet targets
