- 1. Responsible for computer problems; troubleshoots computer problems and makes repairs
2. Support and maintain the plant's Quality Management System accreditation
3. Support user's workstations software installation and trouble shooting
4. Manage equipment calibration done by an accredited lab
5. Perform in-house equipment calibration and verification as per schedule
6. Maintenance, trouble-shooting and network infrastructure
7. Provide technical support to computer users
8. Any other activities related to IT
- Requirements :
- 1. Possess at least a Diploma in IT or equivalent field.
2. Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia, English
3. Knowledge in networking & internet technology, Microsoft server, desktop operating systems and application will be an advantage
