Description :: - Handle and respond to customers enquiry efficiently and manage online social media activities.
- Create and develop interesting relevant articles, videos, blogs, new feed, digital contents and information for websites and social media accounts.
- Assist in fulfilling marketing plans so as to retain existing and grow new customer base, increase brand loyalty and expand company brand.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with respective customers and stakeholders (eg. web designer, H.O.P.E. animal shelter,etc)
- Assist in monitoring company brand and ensure it is in compliance with corporate value and image.
- Assist in promotional/ event campaign.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements :: - Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or Professional Degree in Mass Communications/ Marketing/ Business Studies. Fresh graduate are highly encouraged to apply.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate. Possesses good digital literacy and skills.
