Description :: General
• Meet and exceed customer requirements at every stage of the order fulfilment process by assuming responsibility for total customer satisfaction.
• Maintain contact with the customer or supplier throughout the duration of an order, delivery, communicating both positive and negative occurrences.
• Follow up delivery of materials and purchasing related function.
• Interface with suppliers & production to ensure subpart or raw materials are brought in according to schedule to meet production and inventory goals
• Coordinate with Production on shipment and recovery plan if necessary
• Coordinates solutions to any schedule issues with planners, engineers and suppliers to ensure on time delivery.
• Assess risks with the schedule and communicate appropriately with customer
• Maintain accuracy in the scheduling process
• Ensure order fulfilment and meeting of committed delivery dates.
• Prepare MOQ listing and request for MOQ order from customer for EOL parts
• Track/ analyse/ report inventory
• Any others tasks related to Planning and Logistic that assigned by superior

Production Planning
• To plan and prepare Weekly Production schedule according to forecast or customer order and create weekly production work orders.
• Prepare and update daily output report, weekly production schedule and monthly production plan & reports
• Updating weekly buffer requirement as per latest forecast demand for production stock preparation
• Request and updating week buffer report, suppliers stock control
• Monitoring production progress and managing finished goods inventory
• Trigger supplier on EOL program
• Manage EOL stocked in supplier site

Logistic Planning
• Review PO to ensure customer release PO qty with sufficient MOQ
• Share PO to procurement team
• Update PO master tracking file
• Review weekly demand vs open PO
• Maintain the accuracy of MPS quantity on Delivery tracking to have accurate PO shortage quantity.
• Request 4 weeks PO as per material lead time
• Schedule all requisition and requirements into the delivery schedule.
• Prepare pull schedule to suppliers base on customer requisition
• Liaise with suppliers on the shipment delivery lead time.
• Revert Delivery Commit plan to customer
• Liaise with customer for any initial build for new program
• Declared EOL stock in weekly basis
• Handle RTV items in weekly/monthly basis
• rovide CN to customer in monthly basis
• To follow scrap proven document from customer within 2 working days upon CN provided

Total Logistic
• Able to handle independently both on import & export shipment, distribution & documentation.
• Liaise with forwarder on the custom clearance
• Request rate and prepare the shipping costing
• Truck Booking and arrange pick up
• Monitoring shipment movement
• Ensure timely logistic arrangement and smooth shipment of finished goods Maintain master delivery schedule
• Updated the tracking report
• Plan and prepare stock pull list to maintained Jit Hub inventories
• Arrange delivery to Jit Hub
• Involve in stock control
• Updating stock card in Jit hub
• Familiar with customs procedure & liaise with forwarder on the customs clearance.
Requirements :: • Min SPM or Degree Holder preferable in Supply Chain/ Logistic/ Planning
• At least 3 years experience in Planning & Logistics
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and with confidence
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels and disciplines.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS office applications
