- - Overall responsibility on Direct Materials Sourcing activity during RFQ stage.
- Record & track the RFQ turn around time.
- Actively participate in Cost Reduction activity
- Actively participate in new supplier Payment Terms negotiation.
- Support and propose the alternative source to Engineer in localization activity.
- Participate in schedule and non-schedule supplier evaluation.
- Conduct for supplier audit when requested.
- Participate in Management System (ISO9001,ISO14001,OHSAS18001,ISO13485, AS9100).
- Participate in NPI and transfer projects.
- Work in line with Department Goals, KPI (Key Performance Index).
- Suggest and propose new idea for department continuous improvement.
- New assignment as and when requested.
- To initiate, lead and/or execute Improvement Projects for Sourcing Team. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required language(s) writen and speaking: Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Access.
- Good knowledge and experience in Supply Chain will be added advantage.
- Familiar with material systems like MRP or ERP has an advantage.
- Good Negotiations and Analytical skills required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Team player with positive attitude, reliable, responsibility and willing to learn.
- Aggressive, self-motivated, with sense of urgency.
- Preferably 2 years related working experience.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Juru (Auto-City).
