- -To plan, coordinate and manage day-to-day production activities of the factories;
-To work closely with Engineering department to ensure fabrication of equipment in accordance with design drawings;
-To organize and maintain proper filing and storage of production drawings;
-To monitor production process and to ensure production runs efficiently;
-To draw up production schedule;
-To manage production manpower planning;
-To manage spare parts and raw material purchases;
-To ensure equipment are produced cost effectively with low wastage of time and resources;
-To ensure quality control and monitor product standards;
-Environment, Health and Safety management;
-Inventory management;
-To ensure health and safety guidelines are followed at the factories;
-To ensure proper house-keeping of the factories;
-To ensure proper maintenance and up-keep the facilities of the premise (including office and factories);
-To monitor workplace activities to ensure that workers comply with company policies and government safety requirements;
-To ensure compliances with the Federal Occupation Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) on policy development, safety inspection and safety training of the
Company;
-To perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities of the Company Building and Asset Machineries;
-To ensure of Yearly Renewal of Company Machineries and/or Assets with relevant authorities i.e JKKP;
-Any other work deemed necessary by the Company.
- Requirements :
- -Possess a recognized University Engineering Degree with 10 years experience in similar capacity.
-MUST be well verse with mechanical and electrical parts.
-MUST be well verse in AUTOCAD Software.
-Able to work in a demanding and multitasking environment.
-To be based in Shah Alam, MALAYSIA - Lowest Qualification :
