Description :
1. To ensure all safety procedures are followed.
2. To coordinate and execute all control system and instrumentation activities in the plant.
3. To assign daily work to engineering personnel and supervise their work.
4. To supervise and carry out daily inspection of control and instrumentation of the plant.
5. To execute plant maintenance to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and to supervise any plant machinery or equipment breakdown is attended to promptly and properly.
6. To supervise and execute instrumentation calibration according to required accuracy and frequency.
7. To involve in control system continuous improvement plan and machinery automation.
8. To supervise and involve in installation and testing of new control system and Instrumentation.
9. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
10. Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
11. To be aware and informed on the engineering matters including repairs, personnel need, spare parts and supplies.
12. To monitor all relevant spare part and ensure appropriate spare part stock is available.
13. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
14. To check all control system and instrumentation documentation to ensure they are accurate and applicable to plant machinery.
15. To correct any aspects of maintenance that is cited by internal & external regulatory agency inspectors for inspection.
16. To expand and update on regular basis operational knowledge of all control system and instrumentation of the plant.
17. To follow the quality system procedures and work instructions for the department.
18. To assist and support subordinates in order to carry out their functions effectively.
 
Requirements :
1. Applicants must be willing to work in Sepang.
2. Diploma in Electrical/Electronics
3. Good troubleshooting skills on PLC & instrumentation.
4. Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
5. Minimum 3-4 years working with PLC and instrumentation
