Description :: - Responsible to manage and coordinate with other departments in the company, external auditors and tax advisors.
- Proficient in budgetary control, cash flow projections and preparations of final accounts.
- Responsible to supervise a team of finance staffs.
- Responsible to manage the finance accounting calendar to meet the required deadlines.
- Well versed in Financial Reporting Standard, Tax Law, Company Act and other statutory requirements.
- Experience in costing in manufacturing environment.
- Responsible for managing the business unit costing to ensure product costing, detailed cost analysis and findings required for competitive cost comparisons of cost modeling for strategic decision making.
- Responsible to support inventory forecast, monthly inventory close processes.
- Good understanding of cost accounting and inventory financial processes, i.e. MRP system, stock control and valuations.
- Responsible to undertake other ad hoc company assignments as may be required for time to time by the management.
- Internal / external audit experiences are an advantage.
Requirements :: - Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required languages : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese (optional)
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge of Pronto software is an advantage.
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably Senior Finance Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
