Description :: - Source, plan & procure inventorized indirect/direct materials to support production.
- Source & purchase a wide range of non-inventorized materials, engineering loose tools, general supplies & services.
- Responsible to obtain quotations, review, analyze & make recommendation.
- Responsible to close working rapport with internal & external customers.
- Responsible to maintain awareness of market conditions and monitor supplier delivery performance.
- Responsible to expedite material in order to fulfill production requirements and meet OTD.
- Responsible to maintain central files for Purchase Orders/Acknowledgements.
- Inventory management and control to meet company's set goal.
- Responsible to coordinate material transfer for new project.
- Responsible to prepare weekly & monthly reports.
- Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in related field or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in Purchasing/Procurement/Inventory Management.
- Good command in both written/oral English and Chinese.
- Strong communication and negotiation skill.
- Possess knowledge of production planning , MRP & ERP system.
- Computer literate with an aptitude for figures.
- Familiar with components as well as SMT process will be an added advantage.
- Priority to those who able to commence work immediately.
