- Perform secretarial and administrative tasks include drafting letters and memos, maintaining a proper filing system, screening of calls, attending to correspondences, tracking and arranging of documents for signature, management and organization of Director office and any others such as advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, publicity, community relations & special sales project.
- Ensure smooth flow of Inventory system and process flow by liaising or coordinating with product, logistics and operation teams to ensure established accounting procedures are followed.
- Undertake all special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as required. 
Requirements :
- At least SPM level.
- Good command of English, BM - both written and verbal.
- A problem solver and resourceful person to research for information.
- Able to interact with people from all level.
- Possess own transport.
