Description :: • To manage and oversee operations and plant’s performance in line with company’s objectives.
• To work closely with HQ (in Malaysia) and ensure plant is operating in compliance with management’s requirement.
• Provide high level of leadership to the management in order to achieve excellent results in the overall operations.
• To ensure that our business in the region is conducted legally and complies with the law and regulation of the country.
• Responsible for healthy PnL.
• Responsible to meet monthly sales target set by the Management.
• Responsible to ensure smooth operations of PH plant which include production, administrative, HR and financial functions.
• Ensure efficient planning, directing and controlling of Operations.
• Develop and implement strategic agenda and ensure timely execution of corporate development plans.
• Ensure best practices in all administrative functions and operations.
• Assist and coordinate in developing new products, ensure completion of projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure daily production to meet output efficiency.
• Ensure Machine is efficient as per machine’s capability and company’s requirement.
• Ensure reject rate is controlled within standard.
• Responsible to meet daily delivery according to customers’ shipment plans.
• Plan to avoid back log, and ensure to solve back log within shortest possible time as instructed by Management.
• Understand customers priority list well and work accordingly to meet customers’ requirement.
• Follow up to ensure all due POs must be delivered, if not, provide solution with action.
• Ensure warehouse procedures such as receiving, GRNs, shipping documents are implemented and in place.
• Maintain good relationship with machine suppliers, ensure machine breakdown is fixed at top priority
• Work with Finance to monitor and follow up to ensure suppliers are paid timely.
• Procurement – ensure suppliers are paid timely
• Managed appropriate headcount for each department to balance between manpower costs and reasonable staff strength for smooth operations.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Master’s Degree preferably in any field.
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin.
• Fluent in both written and spoken in English.
• Minimum 5 – 8 year(s) of relevant managerial working experience in manufacturing field is required for this position.
• Candidate must be a Malaysian citizen and willing to be based in Philippines.
• Good working attitude, a self-discipline person & a team player.
• Self-motivated, responsible, committed and proactive.
• Outstanding leadership in gathering people to work towards goals.
• With great initiative to make things happen.
• Equipped with costs conscious mindset.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
