Description :: - Provide technical clarification and assistance to support the project filter sourcing process
- Assist in process development and improvement for new and legacy global suppliers
- Establish analytical approaches and apply proven structured quality systems improvement techniques in support of manufacturing operations and key external suppliers
- Technical Expertise resource
- Technical support to enable the identification of new suppliers
- Provide input for RFQ analysis and recommend awards to Core Team as needed
- Provide timely technical assistance in regards to supplier quality systems and inspection through FAS, initial production, and transition to stable supply chain
- Monitor / co-manage supplier performance for assigned suppliers to ensure continuous supply chain stability with the broader organization and key external suppliers
Requirements :: - Minimum of 5 years QA/QC experience in Precision engineering/Manufacturing/Oil & Gas industry
- Degree in Engineering or any equivalent discipline
- Good exposure in machining is a must
- Exposure to SAP would be an added advantage
- Knowledge in API standard is preferred
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Possess in-depth knowledge in Supplier Quality Management and ISO9001
- Analytical, good in troubleshooting skills, high initiative and able to work independently
- Strong in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Words & PowerPoint.
