Description :: (a) Lead quality improvement initiatives at assembly and test area by working closely with process/equip and
manufacturing team.
• Proactively identify the right actions required to drive improvement in Quality KPIs .
• Able to influence operations team to execute the actions identified.
• Diligently follow thru the execution and effectiveness of improvement actions.
(b) Identify the gaps in the manufacturing quality systems/controls and work on enhancing the system.
(c) Lead a team of direct staff in QA gates to ensure world class outgoing product quality.
(d) Review the abnormal lots and ensure effective containment, risk assessment and corrective actions are
established.
(e) Assist QA Section Head/Manager in reporting quality performance as and when required.
(f) Any other duties assigned
Requirements :: • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Science with minimum 5 years working experience in the
semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge in SPC, FMEA, Control Plan and problem solving tools.
• ISO9001:2008 and ISO/TS16949:2009 quality systems knowledge.
• Indepth knowledge of semiconductor processes (Assembly & Test).
• Well versed in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Able to work under high pressure and long working hour environment.
• FullTime position(s) available.
