- - Design, develop and qualify new Opto-Electronics products/packages.
- Lead, plan & manage projects based on development and introduction timeline related to equipment, process, tooling, or package design and development.
- Evaluate, analyze and make recommendations on new products, design and cost improvement to enhance competitive edge of the company.
- Initiate and work with suppliers to provide robust design solutions.
- Liaise with supporting teams including R&D teams to introduce highly manufacturable products.
- Source and procure materials/ tools/ equipments needed to construct prototype and production volume ramp-up.
- Requirements :
- Experience :
- Min 5 years’ experience in semiconductor assembly or related field.
- Candidates with either Product or Package Development and/or Process experience will have added advantage.
Education :
- Degree or Master Degree in Material /Mechanical /Electrical /Electronic Engineering.
Skills Required :
- Lead frame design using design software like ACAD and Solidworks.
- Project management
