- Front desk reception duties ie. attending to all incoming calls, screening and routing calls to the right personnel
- Collect & distribute incoming mails and faxes and administer outgoing mails by courier
- Keep track of general administrative works such as monitoring & ordering of stationeries and manage the maintenance of office equipment
- Able to handle dual tasks which includes receptionist duties and admin. support
- Assist in any adhoc activities assigned from time to time 
Requirements :
- Possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field
- Minimum one(1) year working experience in similar capacity
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command onf spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work as a team, proactive, possess positive and energetic
- Able to start immediately would be an added advantage
