Description :: - Set-up and maintenance of documentation includes document retrieval, filling, indexing and recording as in accordance with the document control operating procedures.
- The ability to solve general DC related problems by liaising with difference parties.
- Responsible in ensuring effective implementation of activities relating to Quality Management
- System, coordinating the daily operation of Document Control Center.
- Overall coordination and implementation QMS activities
- To analyses any issues relating to QMS, Document Control (from external or internal).
- Follow up and track the closure of customer change request/approval, DCN, ECN and verification of 8D corrective action effectiveness.
- Appointed as Internal Quality Auditor, upon certification.
- Perform process/system audit from time to
time.
- Support customer audits and regulatory audit with regards to Quality Management System
- Assist QMR in preparing management review and assist QMR to follow up management review open items and escalate if necessary
- Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any related discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years related experience
- Basic Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Able to communicate fairly in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
