Job Description
Setting up and maintaining PCs in the Local Area Network
Formulating strategies to meet the Company’s Budget for investment in IT
Proposing new hardware and software for the Company’s use
Placing orders for and checking all new IT hardware and software received and liaising with vendors on all issues relating thereto
Liaising with the Company’s ISP provider on the Company’s internet connectivity and network
Handling all IT related issues
Coordinating IT Training for staff
Handling all issues relating to the usage and maintenance of the Company’s Telephony System, printers and fax machines
Handling all issues on the Company’s Customer Relationship Management system including updating and assigning leads
Liaising with CRM provider on all CRM related issues
Submitting Phone Reports on a daily basis
Submitting Telemarketing Reports
Maintaining all office equipment, furniture and fittings and ensuring they are in good repair
Ad-hoc tasks as and when required
- Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Computer Studies or equivalent.
• At least 5 years working experience with knowledge of setting up and troubleshooting of window server and network devices is essential.
• Able to work in a team as well as independent enviroment with minimal supervision or guidance.
• Applications must have good written and verbal communications skills in English and be people and service oriented.
• Experience in enterprise network administration and support operation will be an added advantage.
• Possess the ability to evaluate and make recommendations as appropriately to the business units and actively contribute to the organisations IT application and technical strategies.
• Experience and knowledgeable in CRM Operations and Troubleshooting
• MUST have experience and good knowledge in Networking and Server technologies (i.e.: LAN, WAN, Firewall and hardware troubleshooting
