- - Continuously monitor the IPVPN line availability through the Network Management System Management Control for alerts or systems degradation
- Responsible to perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of incidents, alerts or systems degradation
- Escalare incidents to 2nd level support and support then when required for medium-to-high complexity problem
- Open incident ticket with TM or other external service provider and close the ticket after incident is resolved
- Responsible to perform routine housekeeping and backup procedures for the network and systems being managed by TMPPP
- Responsible to assists in preparing technical procedures, reports or related documentation - Requirements :
- - Diploma or Degree in IT or Engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Good interpersonal skills and also should be able to work in team
- Basic verbal and written communication
