BCB Berhad (â€œBCBâ€) was incorporated in Malaysia as a private limited company on 13 July 1988 under the name of Kemajuan Buditama Sdn. Bhd.

On 21 August 1995, BCB was converted into a public company and assumed its present name of BCB Berhad. BCB was subsequently listed in the main board of Bursa Malaysia on 3 December 1996.

BCBâ€™s roots are in Kluang, Johor. BCB is the largest property developer in Batu Pahat and Kluang towns â€“ the second and third largest towns in Johor state. The Companyâ€™s development projects are spread over several towns in Johor namely Kluang, Batu Pahat, Parit Raja, Pontian, Yong Peng and Johor Bahru. In addition, it has a development project in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.

In year 2010, BCB ventured into the Klang Valley and today is the proud owner and developer of the high-end condominium project in Concerto North Kiara, Kuala Lumpur and the high-end gated and guarded bungalow township in Home Tree at Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, Selangor.
