- - Able to ensure sub-contractors execute their works accurately in accordance to the approved shop-drawings, technical submissions and checklists
- Able to plan, carry out and record M&E inspections
- Able to coordinate work activities among sub-contractors
- To ensure projects are carry out smoothly on site
- To attend meeting with clients and report back to head office on the progress of the relevant projects
- Check for discrepancies between the M&E drawings - Requirements :
- * Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
* Min 3-5 years experience in managerial of M&E works in building construction
* Knowledgable in Autocad/ M.words
* Familiar in ACMV services and HT/LV/ELV systems for commercial & industrial buildings
* Willing to travel and can work independently - Lowest Qualification :
