Description :: - Evaluation of sub-contractor claim and issuance of sub-contractor payment certificate.
- Cost negotiation with suppliers/ clients/ consultants and project account.
- Managing, monitoring and coordinate all QS work.
- Prepare and submission of monthly progress claim report and assist Project Manager.
- Provide advice on the range of legal, quality and contractual issues.
- Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc function and related duties as when required.
Requirements :: - Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- At least min 3-5 years of working experience
- Must be able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
