Description :: - Perform measurement from drawing and checking discrepancies
- Assist in tender process, tender evaluation and tender report
- Handle claim evaluation, variation orders and final account
- Assist on progress claim and subcontractor certification
- Update of all contract data and report on the status of contract execution and completion
- Material Record and Auditing
- Responsible for proper project filing works and sending out of correspondence
Requirements :: - Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or relevant disciplines
- At least a year experience prefer
- Languages: English, Chinese and B. Malaysia
