Description :: •To be responsible in managing, monitoring and coordinating all quantity surveying work and contractual matters.
•To lead and to be part of a tender team in delivering high quality bid.
•To keep track on project cost budget, progress of work done and related Variation Orders.
•To handle progress claim/certification, progress payment and final account.
•To prepare Bill of Quantity, project report and tender documentation.
•To work closely with other consultants, clients and subcontractors towards accomplishing targeted deadlines and milestone.
•To establish database for costs, materials and supply sources.
•To monitor site valuation and measurement
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in construction field.
- Knowledge in infrastructural & civil engineering.
- Pleasant personality, responsible, hardworking & willing to learn.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Good communication skills. Able to interact with project team, sub- contractors, clients & suppliers.
