- Administer employee daily attendance, OT, medical claim and back-pay.
- Hands on experience to Process monthly payroll for staff
- Perform admin works and any other general HR tasks as required
- Upkeep personnel files, leave records and staff movement listing from time to time.
- Process new hires, posting changes such as staff movements eg salary increases, promotion, transfer etc. 
Requirements :
- Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration
- Minimum 2-3 years experience
- Be Proficient in both ( Bahasa Malaysia & English )
- Knowledge of MS Office ( Word, Excel and Power Point ) an advantage
