Description :: -Providing day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to Managing Director.
-To manage and coordinate business schedules, to ensure smooth arrangement of meetings and company internal and external events;
-Compose and prepare correspondences, reports and memorandums.
-Record and prepare minutes of sales/marketing and production meetings.
-To manage confidential documents, records and maintain good and organized filing for smooth data retrieving.
-Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
-Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of
management, staff and business associates.
Requirements :: -Min SPM and above
-Posses driving license
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.
