Description :: - Identify training needs, implement total training company plan, evaluate the effectiveness of training
- Source and organize training programs and liaise with industry trainers and institutions
- Liaise with local institutions on industrial attachment and sponsorship programs
- Be abreast with the latest government grants and subsidies and ensure claims are duly submitted and processed
- Coordinate and work on-job-training (OJT) programs and OJT blueprint manuals
- Maintain Company training records per ISO 9001 and COJTC requirements
- Administer and arrange new employee orientation and in-house training
Requirements :: - Possess bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Candidate with at least 3 to 5 years of related working experience in training department within manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Experience in stand-up/small focus group training is preferred
- Committed, with good interpersonal skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Must be computer literate
