- -To administer and coordinate Human Resources services in relation to the operations of the organization through payroll management, leave management, compensation and
benefit, which are in line with the organizational and business needs.
-To monitor staffs attendance record, number of manpower at site (site audit), and check valid documents.
-To handle all HR related administration matters i.e. preparation of correspondences, maintenance of personnel files, work permit application, medical expenses & leave
administration, etc.
-To prepare documents for staffs compensation and benefit package such as Group Personal Accident, Financial Aid, Medical Bill Reimbursement and etc.
-To assist in issuing Exit Interview form, acceptance of resignation form and check proper clearance from resigned employee such as collect back all company’s assets, assigned
motor vehicle, petty cash and etc
- Requirements :
- -Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in operating payroll software and calculation of wages/overtime of time sheet card(Kong Card).
