1. Responsible for organization structure, define job role and duties to strengthen work force
2. Handle recruitment and strength assessment for reach roles
3. Analysis of performance appraisal (Divisional MBO, Personal MBO, annual and confirmation review, new comer interview and exit interview)
4. Consolidate and prepare headcount report every month
5. Involve in implementation of welfare and handle disciplinary issues
6. Involve in arranging divisional events, canteen committee etc.
7. Responsible for new employee on-boarding, employee resignation and termination
8. In charge of general administration tasks, like taxi voucher issuance, weekly OT monitoring, uniform issuance, stationary order, LVA stock-taking, flight booking, hotel reservation, ferry ticket booking and other ad-hoc tasks
 
Requirements :
1. Min Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
3. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources, Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
