Description :: - Responsible for defining actual manpower needs for the Company through workforce planning structured / systematic way to ensure that operational requirements are met.
- Involved in the management of expatriate quota, allows innovation, personal income tax and welfare matters.
- Involved in the management quota of foreign workers, recruitment, renewal of permits, salaries and welfare matters.
-Menjalankan Regular review training policies, practices and procedures.
- Participating in the main audit TS / ISO.
- Ensure payroll administration carried out smoothly and efficiently in accordance with the Human Resource Management Association of the Company.
- Ensure that employee benefits are managed and administered in a fair and objective in accordance with the Human Resources Management Association of the Company.
reviewing the appropriateness of the policies of the existing human resources through research and gather feedback.
- Investigate and engage in matters of discipline of employees.
- Addressing employees' voluntary termination by the rules and feedback to the Management Training Act, all staff grievances or dissatisfaction.
- Responsible for the insurance of employee benefits such as Personal Accident Insurance, Hospital and Surgical Insurance, Foreign Workers and other claims administration and ensure efficient and effective.
- Formulate policies governing laws and regulations in the operation of the club as well as the allocation of funds to finance its operations.
- The main driver to lead the club towards the achievement of its objectives.
- Provides annual labor costs and budgets.
Requirements :: - Degree in any fields.
- Can read and write in English, Mandarin and Malay.
- 5 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Specializing in manufacturing industry.
- Pleasant personality and able to communicate with all levels
