Description :: -Hands on and fully responsible for monthly reporting deadline from Factory finance which encompass SKU product costing.
-Countries/ Profit centres costing analytical review, Factory management accounts and monthly government tax submission.
-Provides analysis and understanding of financial performance of the factory operations.
-Ensure that financial controls are in place across the factory, which are in accordance with Group Policy and actively adhered to.
-Capital expenditure-validation of costs and benefits, manage subsequent spend, post implementation review.
-Assists in annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, Activity-Based Costing, annual stocktake, periodic cycle counts and other finance or control-related matters.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Commerce or equivalent. Professional qualifications-ACCA, CIMA, MIA, MICPA or equivalent.
-Preferably with 5 years’ experience in finance and product costing (by SKU) upon manufacturing costing background.
Fast-paced work environment.
-Possess experience in manufacturing and handling of ERP system, MRP (Material Requisition Planning), Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.
-Experience in Customs forms, stock/ inventory management will be an added advantage.
-Flexible, team player, able to work with minimal supervision.
-Result-oriented, proactive and have a real drive and ambition for adding value to business.
-Has a good interpersonal and influencing skills and strong command of both written and spoken English language.
-Able to look for opportunities for process improvement & responsive in changing environment.
-Able report to work within a short period will be an added advantage.
