Description :: • Oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements including the review and verification of the financial statements to ensure the accuracy and compliance with Group policies and reporting requirements and meet reporting deadline.
• Perform periodic review on financial closing procedures including analyzing and verifying journal entries, reconciliation of general ledger and subsidiary accounts and Balance Sheet and Income Statements balances.
• Supervise, guide and provide training to subordinate on accounting related transactions.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors
• To assists in implementation of financial and accounting policies as well as improving procedures and internal control to ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, GST Acts, Income Tax Acts and company policies
• Oversee maintenance of the financial applications with the accounting system.
• To assists in preparing budget, tax planning and management report analysis
• Organize work schedules and setting priorities in order to meet critical deadlines
• Perform ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements :: • Degree in Accounting, ACCA, CIMA, CPA other equivalent qualifications within minimum 3 years related working experience
• Working experience in Audit environment for at least 1 year will be an advantage
• Working experience in Property Developer industry is preferred
• Possess strong financial analytical and problem solving skills
• Independent, self-discipline, self-motivated, an effective team player, proactive approach to the working environment and possess basic management skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Can start work as soon as possible
• Must be Chinese
