- 1. To pro-actively grow existing customers as well as to develop new sales opportunities.
2. Responsible for all sales activities on Company’s offering
3. Identify business opportunities for ICT relation solution
4. Develop and identify new sales opportunities
5. Market penetration and bringing on-board new corporate clients
6. Executes sales plans to realize sales closures
7. Conducts sales presentation with potential and existing customers
8. Undertakes consultative selling with in-depth knowledge on enterprise system solution and service offered by the company to support the client.
9. To undertake other duties as may be requested by the management from time to time
10. Meet revenue targets and KPIs as determined by Sales Manager
11. Prepare funnel and sales report
12. Provide sales quotation to customers timely.
13. Maintain good relationship with all customers, distributor and vendors
14. Team player – able to work with marketing, pre-sales, post-sales to meet business objective
15. Build rapport with client during sales visit
16. Attend to after sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
17. To implement the organization’s sales objective
- Requirements :
- 1. Good communication and writing skill in English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia
2. Good interpersonal and working attitude
3. Able to work late, work independently and multi-tasking
4. Will to learn and self-initiative
5. Excellent time and stress management skills
6. Must possess a minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma, any field
7. At least 2-4 years working experience in the related field
8. Knowledge in Sales, Marketing, Virtualization, Microsoft, Cloud and Data Protection Solutions will be an advantage
9. Must possess own transportation, valid driving license and willing to travel
10. Preferably have the ability to speak and write in Chinese, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
