• Prepare & Keep track on Project costing and budgeting process of the organization to support business growth.
• Determining the required materials and possibly generating purchase orders.
• Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.
• Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
• Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned from the management.
Requirements :
• Possess a recognized Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or any other business or professional related studies.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Effective organizational, stress and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency & ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
