Description :: The Spa Therapist will be responsible for greeting and welcoming spa customer, informing customer of spa packages, promotions, and rates, and customizing treatments and therapies depending on customer’s needs and preferences. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Spa Therapist who can perform beauty treatments and promote a sense of well-being and other therapeutic benefits for our customer. She should also be able to recommend additional spa services and up-sell spa products.

Key responsibilities:
Spa Service:
 Perform professional quality spa treatments including facials and body treatments (scrubs and wraps) safe and comfortable manner.
 Develop Elemis Spa business by building client relation and consistent follow up
 Recommend products and treatments in accordance with client requirements
 Maintaining equipment and sample inventory of products.
 Cooperating with fellow staff and reporting administration about any arising issues.
 Acknowledging relevant customer queries, needs, and expectations.
 Maintaining documentation and maintenance of clients’ files.
 Suggesting and promoting retail products and additional services.
 Upholding hygiene standards and following health and safety regulations.
 Perform duties as assigned by the spa manager such as:
a) Prepare the treatment room before each treatment
b) Check that all necessary products are in sufficient quantities
c) Ensure room cleanliness and tidiness of the spa room
d) Tidy the room and prepare the material required for the treatment (towels, headband, cushions)
e) Check the temperature & lighting
Requirements :: 1. Minimum Education:
Esthetician Diploma holders of ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent will be an added advantage.

2. Language:
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be added advantage.

3. Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a beauty/ spa female therapist.

4. Skills:
 Positive attitude and pleasant personality.
 Highly motivated with good insight of customer service.
 Service oriented with high enthusiasm to serve.
 Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 Keep abreast of the latest industry techniques with respect to facial and therapies
 Experience in sales will be considered an asset
5. Knowledge:
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office Application and email replying.
