Description :: - To execute sales and marketing department for daily sales activities.
- To issue sales order (contract), issue proforma invoices and assist all sales personnel to asnwer equiries.
- Work closely with internal department such as production, shipping, warehouse, R&D and account department to ensure the sales in proper set up.
- To prepare inventory report and outstanding contract to relevant customer upon request.
- To assist Sales and Marketing Personnel for the samples request upon request by customer.
- To assist Sales and Marketing Manager to the sales performance and realized monthly report.
- To attend customer call if there any customer enquiries to company hotline.
- Coordinate with internal department to ensure the cargo to be ship to customer on time.
- Responsible to keep good relationship and contact to the customer among the responsible countries.
- To assists Sales and Marketing department for overdue payment from customer based on monthly basis.
- Ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/ Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Customer Service, Sales
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
- Confidence and ability to work independently and multi-task.
- Computer literate and proficient in Ms Office.
- Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate to all level of peoples.
