Provide comprehensive explanation on website and tour package to customer while promoting tour sales
Understand & deliver business strategies and improve services through selfservice execution to meet sales target and KPI.
Manage promotional calendar (after analyzing online and offline marketing channels) and recommend the best promotional timing and
tour package.
Compile, analyze & monitor online and offline market to maintain being the best online travel planning agency in the country.
Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers and able to handle crisis management.
Responsible for serving customers to solicit feedbacks to improve service provided and ensure customers’ policies and procedures are
followed.
Research and analyze trends and economic conditions to meet consumers’ buying psychology and patterns.
Coordinate with Marketing Team on any sales related activities and / or events.
Prepare & present CRM sales report for management’s review
Perform duties as assigned
Requirements :: Good communication & negotiation skills, confident, strong analytical skills and understanding on merchandising financials.
Selfinitiative and independently monitor online marketing activities.
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/PreU,
Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Past working experience in tours and travel industry or high travelling experience is an advantage.
Required Skill(s): Sales Analytics, Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills, Microsoft Office Tools
Fluent in English and Chinese is an advantage
Required language(s): English, Chinese (Bahasa Malaysia is optional)
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Sunway Velocity.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales Corporate or equivalent.
