Description :: 1. To contribute individual target and achieve the entire outlet sales performance.
2. To assist in target on sales performance for the outlet and fulfill the Company’s objectives.
3. To maximize retail sales and ensure a smooth transition from the contact phase with the client through the close of the sale.

Key responsibilities:
- Introduce and effectively promote all Boutique activities (marketing plans, loyalty scheme, events, workshops, promotions) to new & existing clients.
- Achieve given sales target and expectations.
- Take part in housekeeping routines and follow operational procedures consistently.
- Perform accurate sales transactions and sales collections.
- Calculate and submit self-commission Report to Retail Manager timely and accurately.
- Communicate with Retail Manager to build sales and teamwork.
- Take responsibility to minimize stock loss and maximize boutique’s security.
- Ensure merchandising is attractive, up-to-date and consistent with marketing plans.
- Monitor stock’s batch code consistently and update Retail Manager before expiry dates.
- Ensure pricing of stocks are accurate.
Requirements :: 1. Minimum Education:
Candidate must possess at least a SPM level or equivalent.

2. Language:
Good written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.

3. Experience:
 Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in retail sales is an advantage.
 School leaver or fresh graduate are also encourage to apply

4. Knowledge:
Basic selling and communication skills, skincare knowledge is an advantage

5. Skills:
PC skills – Microsoft Office Application.
