Description :: • To manage and oversee operations and plant’s performance in line with company’s objectives.
• To work closely with HQ (in Malaysia) and ensure plant is operating in compliance with management’s requirement.
• Provide high level of leadership to the management in order to achieve excellent results in the overall operations.
• To implement and evaluate quality strategies and system to ensure conformity of parts to quality standards.
• The incumbent is required to report monthly plant performance meeting at the HQ in Johor Bahru.
• To review and improve existing processes to attain high efficiency and productivity for the plant.
• To ensure that our business in the region is conducted legally and complies with the law and regulation of the country.
• Responsible in handling and solving the day-to-day activities relation to production.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Master’s Degree preferably in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English and Chinese.
• Fluent in both written and spoken in English.
• Minimum 5 – 8 year(s) of relevant managerial working experience in manufacturing field is required for this position.
• Candidate must be a Malaysian citizen and willing to be based in Philippines.
• Strong leadership qualities, good working attitude, a self-discipline person, a problem solver & team player.
• Added advantage for the candidate who possess printing and packaging background.
