- - To assist the purchasers in expediting loan application and perform relevant sales admin duties
- To man, upkeep and ensure smooth operation of sales gallery and show houses.
- To prepare various sales related reports timely.
- Ensure smooth operation of sales gallery & sales office.
- To attend and assist customer enquiries on property information, loan application and endfinanciers.
- Prepare sales reports/status of SPA reports/Prospect Enquiries Report on a periodical basis.
- To coordinate the product launch, promotional events, road shows and other related marketing campaigns. - Requirements :
- - SPM / Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies or a related discipline.
- Candidate with working experience in the property sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
- 1 – 2 years working experiences preferably in property sales and marketing.
- Possess own transport and willing to be relocated.
