Description :: - Responsible to manage and develop projects/customers assigned and is directly accountable for the growth of the projects/customers
- Prepare/Review quotation and ensure smooth implementation of projects until mass production
- Identify decision makers within the customer organization and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Plan approaches and pitches, work with internal team and fulfill client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Track trends and monitor competition
- Maintain on going relations with customers by organizing and developing customer- relation activities.
Requirements :: - Diploma or preferably Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering
- At least 3 years in Project Management role with plastic tooling and moulding knowledge. Customer Relations Management and marketing exposure is an added advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Adaptable to meet customer requirements
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Result oriented with enthusiasm to meet project dateline and close outstanding issues.
- High integrity and act with professionalism in both writing and speaking
- Professional appearance with presentable outlook to gain positive impression and protect/enhance the image of the company
