Description :: • Take care of complete knitting floor, grey fabric production, quality, product development of grey fabrics& knitting machine maintenance.
• Constant monitoring of production, quality, lead time, shop floor administration, housekeeping, sourcing of knitfabrics etc.
• To have technically sound from Yarn to Finished fabric processing.
• Fabric Checking, Store activities, man management, housekeeping, etc.
• Manage a team of fabric inspectors for checking the incoming fabric.
• Testing & Analyzing Yarn and Fabric Parameters
• Technically sound in Knitting, Dyeing & Finishing Process.
Requirements :: • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (in Textiles or equivalent, will be advantageous)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in fabric research and development, with strong understanding of yarn, fabric and garment manufacturing, as well as
dyeing and finishing processes for knitted fabrics (eg. polyester, polyester with spandex, polyester-blended fabrics, etc).
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with proven track record of success in driving results through effective management of cross-functional partners and teams, and ability to work well with people at all levels within the organisation.
• Ability to effectively prioritise and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment.
