- Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service by dealing effectively with customers either by telephone, email or face to face.
• Must be able to do cold-call/telemarketing.
• Responsible to take incoming telephone enquiries or through emails, on problems or complaints from customers relating to a range of specified products or services, with the objective resolving the customer's issue as quickly as possible.
• Responsible to receive process and respond to customers inquiries in a professional and prompt manner.
• Following up on the feedback, efficient escalation within internal department and customers.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, and credit control.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, and manage day to day administrative task.
- Requirements :
- • Minimum diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience is required for this position. However fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, basic accounting skills.
• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Knowledge of administrative procedures.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken), Chinese would be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
