Description :: 1. Perform Compliance Audit and ValueAdded
Conducts compliance audits which include assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of audit control of the operations, compliance
with the regulations, company policies and procedures.
Prepares audit reports, making practical and valueadded recommendation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
Determines or assists in determining proper audit scope.
To check management directives are executed and followed strictly by operations and office personnel.
2. Documentation Examination and Highlight Internal Control Weaknesses
Examine documentation and verifies controls in accordance with stated company policies
To highlight internal control weaknesses.
To maintain close liaison with the departmental and outlets for all matters pertaining to the internal control functions.
3. Audit Report Writing, Monitoring and Verification for the Audit Assignment
Report preliminary audit findings with HOD at the conclusion of the audits deficiencies and recommending improvement on controls.
Perform audit reviews in accordance with the established auditing framework and practices to ensure that the agreed remedial findings
are timely taken to resolve any audit issues raised.
4. Perform Surprise Check and Follow Up Action
To conduct routine and surprise check on outlets and office to test their level of preparedness and compliance. All such findings must
be reported to Lead Auditor for onward distribution to HOD.
5. Others
Performs a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined assigned as needed.
Requirements :: quirements:
Computer literate
Good interpersonal skills
Degree holder in Business Administration/ Finance/ Accounting or related field.
Preferably 02 years working experience
Good communication in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
