Description :: 1) Client Servicing– With insurance and/or risk management experiences in managing corporate clients and responsible for growing client relationships into a profitable book of business. The candidate will also enjoy a performance bonus plan as part of his/her total reward package in addition to his/her annual bonus plan
2) Business Development -Business development and marketing activities to expand and prospect for new clients and expand business targets. The candidates will enjoy a sales incentive plan (business development) as part of his/her total reward package in addition to basic salary and employee benefits.
Requirements :: - Degree or professional qualification or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in insurance and risk management for junior executives and 5 years experience for senior executives.
- Familiar with Microsoft applications (word, excel and powerpoint).
- Results-driven and possess positive attitude towards life, takes initiatives to drive own learning curve and able to think out-of-a-box.
- A strong team player and want to grow a long term career path with the organisation.
- Position Levels: Vice Presidents, Managers and Executives.
- Good knowledge of general and takaful insurance.
- Good written and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of written and spoken Mandarin, Korean or Japanese Language is an added advantage.
