Description :: •Handling customer enquiries, promptly and professionally answer to their enquiries, listening to their requirements and presents appropriately to close deals.
•Contact potential private clients by telephone to promote our professional services and to increase awareness of significance of Intellectual Property towards individual/companies' branding
•Manage and update the potential client's contact details in master list, and follow up regurlaly
•Develop and maintain good customer relationship for the company and its existing and potential markets.
•Brainstorming, developing and implementing ideas for sales and marketing activities.
•Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials, promotional events, attending and presenting at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations and thereafter arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
•Assisting with preparation of proposal documents, making accurate, rapid cost calculations preparing quotation and negotiating the terms of business with new customers.
•Liaising with back-end service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
•Utilising social networking opportunities to facilitate sales and increase brand awareness.
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
•Required language(s): Chinese, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
•Have knowledge in HTML to develop E-Commerce business.
•At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development, Sales and capable in handling administrative tasks - Corporate or equivalent.or equivalent.
•Full-Time position(s) available.
•Experienced in E-Commerce sector is preferred.
