Description :: The Customer Sales Specialist will be mainly doing sales over the phone selling directly to clients the MYOB products and services. This entails working closely with all departments in ABSS while pushing direct sales revenue stream to consistently achieve and exceed monthly personal sales target.

Key focus areas include working closely with internal teams in:
• Meeting individual direct revenue target monthly
• Achieve overall agreed recurring revenue target
• Meeting all outbound KPIs consistently including quality target
• Efficiently execute task related to each contact point of the customer contact cycle program
• Successful completion of direct campaign programs
• Provide timely and accurate reporting

Key attributes required:
• Ability to execute with excellence
• Excellent Internal and external relationship management skills
• Proficient in computer software/s and/or programming languages.
• Highly organised and accurate

Requirements :: Qualification and Experience:
• Minimum university Bachelor’s degree preferably in a related subject.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years telemarketing experience.
• Proven track in achieving sales targets.
• Preferred knowledge in accounting software and/or IT related industry.
• Must be a team player with the right attitude
• Must be able to demonstrate firsthand experience of all the attributes listed in the above job description
