Description :: -Responsible for selling PBA Group product lines.
-Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
-Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
-Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
-Establishes technical credibility within the account and build trust with customer influences and decision makers.
-Responds to customer inquiries and orders in a timely and professional manner.
-Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
-Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff; costing engineering changes.
-Follow-up for collection of payment.
-Coordinates shipping schedules and delivery for merchandise and services.
- Represents Company in a professional manner at all times and ensures that the company’s interests are uppermost in all dealings and transactions.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Communicates new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staffs.
-Maintains accurate reports and records including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals and customer sales activity.
-To undertake special assignment and ad hoc duties as and when necessary.
Requirements :: -Preferably candidates with similar industry and experience.
-Preferably mandarin speaking candidates.
-Willing to travel/relocate.
-Must posses at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post graduate Diploma, Post degree in any field.
-Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
