Description :
1. Assisting Directors, General Manager, Sales Manager, Internal & External Sales & Marketing team and Technical Engineers in related tasks.
2. Checking & updating daily the CRM systems & BCI for project reports and passing them onto the appropriate external sales people to f’up and then updating the system accordingly and where needed, in conjunction with the external sales person. This also involves undertaking the initial introduction and follow-up on behalf of the external sales person with all the relevant parties involved with the project and then liasing with them accordingly.
3. Handling customer service enquiries and issues, answering in-coming calls professionally and appropriately.
4. Interact with clients, vendors and visitors in a professional manner.
5. Follow up with contractors, engineers, architects, developers on new or existing projects and put in place all of the required procedures needed. At all times the internal sales and marketing person must be pushing, developing, enhancing and supporting the companies full product range, where applicable and from all angles and avenues.
6. Follow-up all existing and past enquiries through appropriate CRM/BCI system generated notes and tasks. Follow-up all tender and awarded quotations that have been undertaken by you and also monitor and track the external sales persons quotations.
7. Follow up with contacts and details received through enquiries from fax, emails and telephone calls.
8. Create or issue documents such as quotations, reports, updates, memos and letters using word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or other presentations in company’s software and systems.
9. Liase with vendors, creditors, and suppliers to check current pricing for customers’ quotation etc.
10. May be requested to conduct research, compile data and prepare papers for consideration and for presentation to the Directors, Managers and other staff.
11. Support staff in assigned project‐based work.
12. Other duties as assigned by Directors, Managers and other staff.
 
Requirements :
1. Computer literate in Word, Excel, Power Point and in Cad (option).
2. Good writing, analytical and problem‐solving skills.
3. Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration requirements.
4. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
5. Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone systems, typewriters, calculators, copiers and facsimile machines.
6. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
7. Positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times.
8. Ability to work independently or as part of a team and encouraged to propose and develop new systems and ideas.
9. Full command of English speaking & writing skills required and in local dialects would be a bonus
