Description :: 1. Oversees 3 – 4 retail outlets.
2. Supervise shop managers or PIC of assigned outlets to achieve sales and operational targets.
3. Report to HQ (Retail Department) on staff performance and sales or outlet performance.
4. Build rapport with club and departmental store management.
5. Ensure execution sale and promotion plans are executed.
6. Ensure consistency in standards of retail operations.
7. Others duties include primary duties of Shop Manager.
8. Any other assignments as directed by immediate superior as and when required.
Requirements :: 1. At least 5 years of experience at managerial level in retail industry.
2. Dynamic and tactful with strong leadership and people management skills.
3. Hands-on and result-oriented to meet the operation goals.
