- •Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for meeting the Company's Sales & Marketing objectives & goals.
•The incumbent is responsible to lead the Sales & Marketing departments.
•The incumbent’s duties will include to develop sales strategies as to compete with competitors.
•The incumbent is responsible for the preparation of annual sales and forecasts.
•The incumbent is required to liaise closely with key customers, trade association, and media for maintaining a favourable business environment.
•The incumbent is responsible for developing new markets and business opportunities.
•As the Sales & Marketing Manager, other responsibilities will include working collaboratively with the local management team, customers, and vendors to ensure quality output and high performance - Requirements :
- •Possess a recognized Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
•At least 10 years’ related working experience, out of which, 3 years’ relevant experience in a managerial position, preferably in a manufacturing environment within similar industry.
•Must be pro-active and possess good communication skills.
•Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin.
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills along with interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes will be an added advantage.
